RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
From the moment of receiving your order to make any changes or returns for free you have 30 calendar days. You can return any product from the store that has not been used or open and is in perfect condition.
When can I exchange or return a product?
1. I HAVE RECEIVED THE ORDER IN POOR CONDITION
In case your product arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must contact us within 24-48 hours after receiving the order through hello@thebalko.com and we will inform you of the steps to follow.
In this case, you can choose a refund or a replacement of the product with an identical one.
The shipping cost will be covered by BALKO.
2. I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE WITH THE PRODUCT AND WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE IT
If you have made a mistake in the reference when making the purchase and want to change your product, write to us at hello@thebalko.com and we will inform you of the steps to follow.
In any case, it is essential that the products are in perfect condition and show no obvious signs of use; otherwise, no exchange or return can be processed. Retaining all their labels, packaging, and original accessory elements that come with it.
For exchanges or returns, items must be sent, so It is your responsibility to provide proper packaging to ensure that the products return to BALKO in perfect condition. We recommend using the original box in which the order was received.
BALKO is not responsible for any loss the package may have suffered during shipping, and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the package arrives to us in perfect condition.
The shipping cost will be covered by the customer.
STEPS
The process is as follows:
- Prepare the invoice number
- In the email hello@thebalko.com, give the invoice number, explain with as much detail as possible, the reason why you want to return or exchange, and include a photo where we can validate the product status.
